JUDGE DREDD

My first paid pencilling work was for the Dredd newspaper strip that used to run in the Daily Star in the UK. David Bishop was the 2000AD editor at the time and he seemed to be using the daily strip as a testing ground for new talent.

For some reason in the end, the panels were re-formatted into full page art and coloured for print in the Megazine instead of the paper. By that time I'd left paid comics work behind for the security of a salaried job in the games industry, so I never found out why.
